The Stanwood-Camano Arts Guild will host its free Art by the Bay festival Sat., July 11 and Sun., July 12 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Utsalady Elementary School, 608 Arrowhead Road on Camano Island. The festival includes performances by local musicians, and, of course, artwork. The featured artwork represents a wide-range of media, including watercolor, ceramics, woodwork, bead art, baskets and glass.
